3D printing, strengthened by in-house CNC and a team that understands your part.
From CNC milling, turning, mill-turn machining, and 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining to industrial 3D printing, we provide multiple manufacturing technologies for custom metal and plastic parts.
From one-off prototypes and custom parts to low-volume production and repeat orders, we provide flexible manufacturing without the need to commit to large production quantities.
A wide range of metals, engineering plastics and 3D printing materials are available, together with secondary machining and finishing options to meet functional, dimensional and cosmetic requirements.
Tight-tolerance CNC machining down to ±0.01 mm on selected critical features, with mirror-like surface finishes down to Ra 0.1–0.2 μm where applicable. Dimensional inspection, surface roughness verification, inspection reports and material documentation are available when required.
Not sure which manufacturing process is right for your part? Our team can review your drawings and provide practical recommendations on process selection, manufacturability, materials, tolerances and surface finishes before quotation.
Clear, efficient communication throughout your project — from RFQ and technical clarification to production, delivery and after-sales support. Our experienced team focuses on understanding the issue, providing practical solutions and resolving problems promptly when they arise.
Upload your drawings, CAD files, ZIP packages and Excel parts lists in one request. We review each part individually and recommend the appropriate manufacturing process, material and finishing route before quotation.
